This excellent combination of pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves and subtle hints of ginger create the perfect low-calorie dessert in a cup. 

Ingredients:  pumpkin cubes, apple and cinnamon pieces, cinnamon rods, ginger cubes (sugar, ginger, acidifying agent: citric acid), turmeric roots, cloves, whole cardamom, pink peppercorns.

Directions: Use up to 1.5 teaspoons per 8 ounces.  Heat water to 203°F. Steep 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
