Ethiopian Yirgacheffe (pronounced yer-guh-chef [with a hard "ch"]) is hand picked on a farm in the mountains high above the town of Sidamo. The coffee beans are washed and soaked up to 72 hours in fermentation tanks. This wet process method produces sweet flavorful beans, with delicate hints of spice and a floral aroma. The smooth taste classifies this coffee as a medium roast with light acidity.
