Big Red Robe a.k.a. Da Hong Pao is a rare, high grade, handmade Oolong tea that flourishes at an elevation of over 7000 feet in the majestic Wuyi Mountain in China. Based on ancient traditions, tender leaves are roasted over charcoal to create a smoky but sweet and caramelized flavor. The process creates a light liquor with hints of cocoa, wood, sweet caramel, and a smooth honeysuckle finish.
